Pancreatic cancer is tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. And in the current uncertain times they need our help more than ever!
After losing my beloved grandad rapidly after diagnosis over a decade ago; I have struggled with the idea that still 24 people lose their battle to pancreatic cancer in the UK alone every day.
Since he loved sport more than anything in this world I have decided to challenge myself to run 65k (~42 miles) over the next 24 days. Trust me, considering that I only started running a few weeks ago and that I am trying to juggle a PhD, reaching my goal is going to be defying all odds.
So if you want to support me and help me get one step closer to getting rid of this disease please donate, as little or as much as you can, and share this page with your friends and family! My goal is to reach £500 so let's get going!!
