I'm fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
On May 10th, my Grandad sadly passed away after his battle with pancreatic cancer. He meant the world to me and my family, and I want to do something positive in his memory.
On October 12th, I’ll be doing the Everton 10k in his honour. He was a lifelong Everton fan, so it feels especially fitting to run this race for him while raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK, a charity dedicated to supporting patients and families, funding research, and fighting for earlier diagnosis and better treatments.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest cancers to face, but with more awareness and more funding, we can help change the future for those affected.
Every donation, big or small, will mean so much, not only to me but to everyone going through what my Grandad went through.
