AVR
AVR is a family ran business, we have strong connections with many suppliers and customers throughout the UK. The sentimental value of knowing we’re a family business really cements those relationships. Sadly in 2020, owner Wayne Williams lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. Leaving a huge void in his family’s life. Due to AVR being a family business this really put added strain on the family keeping the business going and navigating through it, I’m sure you would agree the hardest times in a family’s life, Managing Director Dale, his sister Lauren Finance Director and Director Mum Lorraine have kept AVR going through these difficult times and rapidly grown the business to where we are today.
10,500 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer each year. It’s the 10th most common cancer in the UK. Pancreatic cancer receives around only 1% of National Cancer Research Institute partners’ research spend. If you could please help us raise as much as possible to go a great cause.
