I am fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Me, Megan and Selina are part of the Macmillan HPB team at NGH (and Judith Urology CNS, our team motivator) We have supported some amazing patients through their Pancreatic cancer and we would like to give back to this amazing charity, who provide information, support for our patients and training events for us and campagn for research and early diagnosis. We will be walking 24 miles in honour of our patients. 24 is significant as 24 people die a day from pancreatic cancer! Just for the record weve done no training, were not fitness freaks and literally have never walked anywhere near 24 miles!!!! Ok thats a lie Judith has thats why shes team motivator!!!!
Pancreatic cancer is tough – tough to diagnose, tough to treat and tough to research. And, in the uncertain times we’re currently experiencing, things have become even tougher for people with pancreatic cancer.
I’m taking on Challenge 24 to raise money for this vital cause because 24 people are still dying every day from pancreatic cancer.

Isolation Thanks
