It’s 19 months since my world crumbled around me and I lost my amazing twin brother to this evil disease

When he was diagnosed I convinced myself I’d save him, as nobody was ever going to take this amazing person from me but cancer didn’t give a shit and stole him within 6 weeks!

More awareness needs to happen as it’s the silent killer, most people won’t know they have it until stage 4 and it takes 24 lives a day in this country

Please please did deep as this little legs are going all Forest Gump again through pancreatic cancer awareness month!
