Hampers for the Raffle

Hello all!
Many many thanks for all your support so far! We’ve exceeded our goal but we still have the bake off and raffle tickets to sell.
We cannot wait to see you on Thursday 16th November 2023 for World Pancreatic Cancer Day.
We have 2 tables organised, 1 in Golden Jubilee Wing entrance and 1 on Dawson Ward to give out info and raise as much money as we can. All is in aid of funding research for early diagnosis and giving our future patients better treatment options for better outcome.
We are selling home made cakes baked by our staff💜

Thank you all to those who have been so active in helping us reach our goal.
I have reached out to venues and have asked for quotes on how much the ball might cost us.
It can all be a bit expensive so in the process of planning to hire a venue, caterers and a DJ, 
our Purple Army have reached out to people and waiting to hear from them to see if they can help.
We have had a couple of sponsors and they’ve generously donated £200 so far. I plan to use this money to help us secure a venue. Don’t worry, we’ll get this back once we start selling tickets to our ball.
We plan to organise a couple of “craft nights” either F2F or via teams where we can all get together to make accessories to decorate our event.
I’ve already started shopping for our hampers already so we can sell as many raffle tickets as we can.
I am still keen to do an auction for items that’s been donated on the night of the ball but we’ll see where we are when I’ve secured a venue + caterers + DJ.
I will keep you all posted!
