Pancreatic Cancer Charity Pétanque Day 30th Sept 💜

Have you ever tried pétanque whilst on holiday in Europe? Well this September, members of Monkstone Pétanque Club http://www.monkstonepetanque.org.uk/ are organising a community charity fundraiser for Pancreatic Cancer UK based on the sport of pétanque (French boule).

Wearing purple, the charity colours of PCUK is welcomed and there will be prizes and a homemade ‘bake off style’ competition, before we cut them up for the bake sale and hopefully some fun Pétanque mini competitions to raise money for charity.

Entry is £5 per person (younger children are free when paired with a playing adult - children must be 6 and above). Start time for playing is 10:30hrs for a 11:00hrs start with the bake sale starting lunchtime, so please do come along to take part or support the day, which should conclude by 14:00hrs.
